Our providers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide advice about your medical problems.  Please respect their time by only calling after office hours with questions regarding acute problems.

You can reach our providers after hours by calling the main office number 864-286-9050. Your call will be answered by our answering service and a provider will return your call within 30 minutes.  If you have not heard back from a Premier provider in this time frame please call again noting that you have not received a response so that we can be sure that we did not miss your call.
